Culinary wellness at any time of the year
Meeting a high quality standard means much to kitchen chef Dirk Lorenz who has been preparing culinary specialties for quite some time at this very personally and family-led wellness hotel. The menu alternates every four weeks and is rich in fresh regional products based on what nature has to offer during the respective season: in spring there are, of course, asparagus, “Maibock” lager, plaice, plenty of fresh vegetables, as well as grilled and smoked specialties; in fall dishes with deer, wild mushrooms and hearty delights dominate - all guaranteed to be relished by the guests. The very pleasant restaurant service staff like to recommend the right kind of wine from its international selection.

All year and daily 
Breakfast 7.00 a.m. - 10.30 a.m. 
Monday to Friday: A la Carte 12.00 noon- 2.30 p.m. and 6 p.m.- 10.00 p.m.
Weekend:  12 p.m. noon. - 10.pm.
