Waldgaststätte at Springsee (on the campsite)

The forest restaurant “Zur Quelle” at Springsee with beer garden is located on the nature campsite directly on the idyllic Springsee. The ingredients are regional and are sourced from the nearby Spreewald and the surrounding lakes. The menu includes smoked trout, golden-crispy zander with spinach leaves and boiled potatoes, fried herring, matjes fillet with homemade remoulade or baked fish with mashed potatoes and cucumber vegetables.

A children's playground, water bikes and boats for hire and a bathing beach complete the offer. A wonderful view of the lake makes the visit an experience. The restaurant can be reached by bike, car or from the water.
