The inn is one of the oldest buildings in the historic town centre of Wildenbruch. It is now run by the third generation of the family and has seating indoors as well as outdoors in the beer garden with sun terrace. The restaurant’s kitchen serves regional and traditional fare. Apart from seasonal dishes, guests are also treated to traditional dishes, such as Würzfleisch ragout, Solyanka thick Russian soup, Sülze cold meat, Schnitzel and Bauernfrühstück, traditional warm fried potatoes, eggs, onions, leeks and bacon. The speciality of .the “Zum Seddiner See” is its Prussian court-styled fillet skewers, which are only available by pre-order. Regular events are held in the restaurant’s function room, which can also be hired for private parties and celebrations.
