Seasonal cuisine with ingredients from the Naturgut: At Naturgut Köllnitz, gardeners, farmers, fishermen and chefs work hand in hand. Chef Stefan Ziegenhagen brings this close collaboration, which is unique in Berlin and Brandenburg, to the Köllnitz farm kitchen with creativity and love. The Köllnitz organic vegetables are the secret star. They are accompanied by freshly caught fish from our own waters, pasture-raised beef and meat from Köllnitz meadow fowl.
The highlight of the menu is the seasonally changing Naturgut menu with 3 courses to share, for which, true to the motto ‘From Farm to Table’, mainly products from our own agriculture, fishing and animal husbandry are used. From vegetarian delicacies to fish and meat dishes, the farm kitchen offers something for everyone, which not only tantalises the palate but is also good for health and the environment.
Whether in summer on the terrace with a direct view of Lake Groß Schauen or in winter in front of the crackling fireplace or in the cosy conservatory - the restaurant in Groß Schauen knows how to bring the joys of sustainable, regional and yet modern cuisine closer at any time of year.
