In its idyllic location by Lake Pinnower See, the restaurant is the ideal place from which to enjoy the landscape at any time of year – from the large terrace high above the lake in the summer and through the spacious windows of the dining area in the area. Guests can indulge in dishes inspired by the traditional local cuisine. The ingredients come mainly from the region, such as the game caught by local hunters or the carp that gives the restaurant its name, which is caught by fishermen from the Schlaubetal valley. Home-made cakes and gateaus are served at coffee time.
The kitchen is happy to take account of special wishes for vegetarian or vegan dishes. Food can also be specially prepared for guests who are gluten- or lactose-intolerant. Younger guests can choose from their own menu. The restaurant has 80 seats in all. The separate Hunting Room, with its own access to the terrace, can be booked for small groups.
