The 45-square-metre holiday home has 2.5 rooms and can accommodate four people in one bedroom with a double bed and a small room with a pull-out sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped. A bathroom with toilet is available in the building. The living room has a couch and two armchairs, cable television, radio and CD player.
Guests have 500 square metres of garden in a quiet forest location with a covered terrace for their own use, including barbecue. The western shore of Lake Scharmützelsee is only 150 metres away on foot. A private landing stage with bathing ladder is also available.
