During the summer months, you can spend the night in three historical railway scales of the former Oderbruchbahn, which are located on the three remaining tracks of the Oderhafen in Groß Neuendorf. They are from the same construction period as the loading tower and have also been renovated with a lot of attention to detail that is appropriate for the monument. Due to their location in the flood area, the wagons had to be deliberately set up without heating and water connections; the associated sanitary facilities are located in the former blower house at the foot of the loading tower.
Up to four people (one double bed and two guest mattresses for the floor) can sleep in the one room per wagon that cannot be divided. The small kitchen is equipped with a fridge, kettle, toaster and coffee machine as well as crockery and cutlery. The existing garden chairs and garden table can be placed in front of the wagon. Bed linen and towels are provided. WLAN with up to 25 megabits is available.
