It has 112 square metres of living space with underfloor heating and comprises three bedrooms, two of them with double bed and one with two single beds. The spacious and modern living room area has a lounge with view from the panorama window, satellite television, smart television, audio system and a large dining table for at least six people. The open-plan and fully equipped kitchen has direct access to the terrace outside. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a bath tub. An additional guest toilet is available.
The bathing area at Lake Scharmützelsee is 400 metres away and can be reached via traffic-reduced footpaths. The house and property are largely disabled-accessible. Car parking is available. This is a non-smoking building.
