Visitors to Tropical Islands can dive into a tropical world. The huge aqua park features a wide range of attractions, such as Germany’s tallest waterslide tower with high speed and family slides, a lagoon with a sandy beach, a flow channel, a surfing simulator and a waterfall.
In Europe’s biggest tropical-themed sauna area, guests can relax and unwind in an exotic setting that is inspired by the temples of the world heritage site Angkor Wat in Cambodia. Another special highlight is the world’s biggest indoor rain forest with more than 50,000 plants. A wide range of culinary options is available in the tropical village with its twelve restaurants, bars and lounges. Young guests can let off steam in the 4,000 square metres big children’s play area.
The outdoor area that is open all year round is 35,000 square metres big and home to various further water attractions, big sunbathing and sports areas, as well as spa and recreation facilities for all the family.
Activities such as a tropical puzzle hunt, a treasure hunt or a kids’ disco take place daily. Cosmetics and spa treatments round off the wide range of services.
