Atelier Jannulis Tembridis

Trained sculptor Jannulis Tembridis creates sculptures from stone, marble and terracotta. He is also a painter. There is always something archaic about his sculptures: his figures and heads are reminiscent of Greek sculpture or bizarre sculptures from the bygone cultures of South America.
One particular material the artist likes to use are boulders from Berlin and Brandenburg. Through his careful treatment he attempts to pay tribute to their millennia-old history and movements.
