Schlosspark Buckow
Palaces and Parks

The Buckower Schlosspark, originally laid out in the 17th century, was reconstructed according to historical plans and today combines relaxation and nature with art and culture in a very special way. Located directly on the Griepensee lake, the park offers a sunbathing lawn, a bowling alley, a children's playground, a fountain, the remains of an ice cellar, a herb garden, a barefoot path, a small pavilion and two water treading areas.

Numerous cultural events and festivals take place here during the warmer months of the year: Summer concerts from the “Klassik im Grünen” series, “Buckower Rosentage” - the local history and traditional festival of the small spa town, the Buckow Garden and Health Day and the “Long Night of Art and Nature”.

Above all, however, the water treading areas always attract health enthusiasts, who wade their feet through the famous “Kneipp” baths to enjoy the beneficial effects of the water.
