Feel the scent of light and shadow, taste the silence and movement, listen to the song of colour and the silence of emptiness. Sense how you seem to look at a surface while you are in fact being drawn into the depth of the picture. Stefan Röhr invites you to see with all your senses. He displays pictures that gently touch the viewer or create a lofty distance, focusing on themes that quietly provoke reflection – images that make the everyday seem bizarre and extraordinary. After all, beauty is everywhere ...
Stefan Röhr is a passionate artist, an amateur poet and a philosopher. In 1978 he saw the light of day in Frankfurt/Oder and has lived in Fürstenwalde on the Spree ever since. He started painting in the early 1999s and since 2004 he has worked as a freelance artist, having largely acquired his artistic sensitivity and technique on his own. His works are created meticulously like a projection of his thoughts as he sets out to demonstrate something of the world he lives in. Displaying his pictures enables him to achieve this goal, enabling viewers to draw on the full range of their senses.
Stefan Röhr also manufactures wooden wheels.
