We operate a little slaughterhouse and are dedicated to producing the products sold in our farm shop, such as sausage products made from beef, pork, sheep and goat meat. In early May, we hold an open day with tours of the slaughterhouse. Our annual country feast is held in the field next to the Landschlachthof on the first Sunday of September. Contract slaughtering available by arrangement. We are an EU-approved, certified organic slaughterhouse.
