Seegefeld church dates from the 13th century and is the oldest building in the town of Falkensee on the west edge of Berlin. The cobblestone structure with its fortified tower and Medieval wall paintings was extended in 1742 and the baptismal font, altar and pulpit dated 1662 were donated by Georg von Ribbeck.
