Cross the varied Rheinsberg chain of lakes. Along the way you will see various small villages, forests and reed landscapes as well as historical sites. If you are lucky, you may spot a sea eagle out on one of its forays.
Length/duration: 12 kilometres / 5 hours
Start/finish: Rheinsberg Marina (Lake Grienericksee). By agreement with Rheinsberger Adventure Tours, it is possible to start at Rheinsberg Weir in the palace park.

Directions:
with bus and train: Take the RE5 from Berlin-Gesundbrunnen to Löwenberg. From here take the RB54 (Niederbarnim line) to Rheinsberg (approximately 1.5 hours)
Car: From Berlin via the A114, A10 and the B96 to Rheinsberg (about 1.5 hours).
Departure:
by bus and train: From Kagar restaurant by bus 787 to Neuruppin station Rheinsberger Tor. From here continue with the RE 6 to Hennigsdorf station. There change to the S25 to Berlin-Gesundbrunnen.
Car: From Kagar Dorfstr. via L16 to Neuruppin Wittstocker Allee via B167 in the direction of A24 Dagergotz. Then take the A24 freeway in the direction of Berlin. Enter Berlin via the A10 and A111.
Route: Lake Grienericksee (Rheinsberg House and Park, Kurt Tucholsky Literature Museum), Lake Rheinsberger See (Remusinsel), Lake Schlabornsee (Alfred Wegener Museum), Lake Dolgowsee, Kagarbach, Lake Kagarsee
Nautical information: calm waters and lakes, only small boats are allowed on Kagarbach
