Ten Lakes Round Tour Through the Mecklenburg Lakelands

Tour: Kleinzerlang-Kleinzerlang via Lake Ellbogensee, Lake Großer Priepertsee, the River Schwaanhavel, Lake Plätlinsee, Lake Klenzsee, Lake Gobenowsee, Lake Großer Peetschsee, Lake Labussee and Lakes Canower See/Kleiner Pälitzsee
At the transition from Plätllinsee to Gobenowsee there is a transfer point on the outskirts of Wustrow (approx. 300 m, boat hire possible).

Starting points:

• below Wolfsbruch Lock at Marina Wolfsbruch
• Lakeside promenade at Lakes Kleiner and Großer Pälitzsee

Boat rental:

• Canoe station Rheinsberg chain of lakes (starting from Lake Kleiner Pälitzsee)
• Marina Wolfsbruch

Portage point (about 300 metres, boat trailer rental available) on the edge of Wustrow (follow the buoyage)

Please note:

• Lakes Kleiner and Großer Pälitzsee: Motor boat traffic
• Lake Ellenbogensee: Sport boat traffic
• Lake Großer Priepertsee: Waterski route
• River Schwaanhavel: do not paddle in the area of the bank
• Lake Plätinsee: do not go onto the island or the bank zones
• Lake Gobenowsee: swell from the side in strong wind
• Lake Labussee: Motor boat traffic; heavy swell in strong wind
