The owner-run hotel & restaurant Kaisermühle is set in an idyllic location near Müllrose. The dining area seats 50 guests. The restaurant also has a terrace with views of the forest. The small Schlaube stream runs right past the hotel. The building used to be a water mill.
The focus is on high quality, regional cuisine. Constanze Mikeska's team sources its ingredients from local producers, which is why the menu changes with the seasons. The Kaisermühle restaurant only uses the freshest ingredients sourced directly from hunters, fishermen and farms.
