The house stands right in the centre of the picturesque hamlet of Pritzhagen overlooking the village pond at the side of the church. The small holiday home is located in the extension to the house - built around 1920 - which used to house the laundry, smoking room and staff accommodation. Both buildings have been refurbished with great attention to detail using environmental building materials.
