The well-equipped campsite is located directly by the lake, and it offers spaces for campers, caravans and tents. Those who arrive without their own tent or caravan, can rent a fully equipped bungalow or caravan. The clean water of the lake and its lovely sandy beach make the campsite ideal for all those who love bathing. Culinary treats are served at the beach restaurant. The lake is also an attractive destination for anglers, as it is home to eels, catfish, pikes, carps and zanders.
The region has many interesting destinations for days out: The town Peitz with its majestic medieval fortress tower is just a few kilometres away. Germany’s biggest connected lake area is also very close by. Carps have been bred in Peitz for more than 400 years, and carps from Peitz are a delicacy that is well-known across Europe.
