Wolf Kahlen Museum Bernau - Intermedia Arts Museum

The Intermedia Arts Museum in the centre of Bernau by the town wall at the Pulverturm tower shows media artworks by the media pioneer Wolf Kahlen from 1956 to the present day on rotating loan from all over the world. In these representative works, 60 years of art using the media of our time are brought to life as examples. The focus is on video sculptures, audio installations, films and works with dust from the 1960s/70s, video documents from the Himalayan countries, Tibet and Mongolia, works with photography as process and art, created live on the Internet.
