The Spree Cycle Path leads from the sources of the Spree in Saxon Upper Lusatia, accompanying the course of the river through Brandenburg to the outskirts of Berlin. After a visit to the Lausitz metropolis of Cottbus, you can roll comfortably through the approx. 1,000 hectare Peitzer pond landscape - into the magic of the Spreewald. After a stroll through the historic town center of Beeskow, cyclists reach the Kersdorfer lock after a dam between the Spree and the Oder-Spree Canal. Via the cathedral city of Fürstenwalde and Erkner, it is only a short hop to Berlin.
